Create projects for different clients or tasks you want to track time for
Tap the center button to start tracking. Tap again when you're done working
Check your hours worked with weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
Open the app and tap the "Punch" tab (center button with the clock icon). You'll see a large circular button. Tap it once to punch in and start tracking. The button will change to show you're clocked in. Tap it again when you're done working to punch out.
It's helpful but not required. Projects let you organize your time by client or task type. To create a project, go to the "Projects" tab and tap the add button. You can create projects like "Client A", "Personal Projects", or "Office Work".
Location tracking helps verify where you were when you punched in or out. This is useful for field workers, remote employees, or anyone who needs to prove they were at a specific job site. The location data stays on your device and is not shared with anyone.
The app works best with location enabled, but you can deny location permissions if you prefer. You'll still be able to track time, but location information won't be recorded with your punches.
Tap the "Timecard" tab to see your current status and today's hours. For more detailed information, go to the "Reports" tab where you can view weekly, monthly, and yearly summaries of your work time.
Yes! You can edit or delete any punch. Just swipe left on the punch entry you want to modify and tap "Edit". You can then change the time, date, or delete the entry completely. This makes it easy to fix mistakes or adjust your time records.
Go to the "Projects" tab and tap on the project you want to work on. The selected project will be highlighted. All time you track will be associated with the active project until you switch to a different one.
Yes! Once you punch in, the app continues tracking time even if you close it or use other apps. The timer keeps running until you punch out. You can check your current status anytime in the Timecard tab.
Export functionality is currently in development. Future updates will allow you to export your time data in various formats (CSV, PDF) for billing, payroll, or personal records.
